Life can be overwhelming. You deserve a space to sort it all out.

Therapy can be a place to sit in the darkness and find our way towards the light. It can be a place to talk about things freely, figure out what is not working, and find the path back to our grounded and authentic selves.

Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor offering therapy sessions for children, teens, and young adults.
Focus on supporting children working through big feelings, adolescents navigating transitions, and emerging adults exploring identity.

How I Can Help

  • Children and Teens

I support children struggling with big feelings and teens working through interpersonal or family conflict. My clients often struggle with self-image, identity, and regulation. We work together to improve communication and coping to move towards wholeness and joyful expression. Much of my work with children and adolescents is focused on using expressive arts and play therapy techniques to supplement talk therapy.

  • 20 Somethings

Support for those trying to survive adulthood and any oncoming quarter-life crises. Help for folks who feel stuck and like everyone else has it all figured out. We work together to discover your path to resilience, self-discovery, and personal growth. Learn how to transform your challenges into opportunities, using tools to help unlock expression and create growth and healing.

  • EMDR Therapy

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is a powerful tool that can help those hurt by past events to heal and move forward. EMDR is a well researched and effective method used to support those recovering from trauma symptoms, depression, anxiety, and other distressing concerns. I use EMDR to help clients gain tools to process their trauma and move forward from a connected and centered place.
